In order to reduce the handling of cash and encourage contactless payments we will take full payment for your appointment before we can confirm your online booking. Once this has been confirmed, you will be sent an email with your appointment details. If you have a private health cover or have been referred for physiotherapy through your insurance, please contact us by email or phone (see our contact details below). Please note we will need your insurance policy number as well as treatment authorisation code. To avoid cancellation charges please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend an appointment. You will be liable for the normal treatment fee if you fail to attend or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Your appointment fee will be refunded in full or kept as credit for future appointments if you choose to do so as long as you give us 24 hours cancellation notice. We want to make our policy as clear as possible as it can be upsetting when people miss or need to change an appointment, often because of genuine and stressful reasons. We have this policy to protect the livelihoods of our team. Should ill health or misfortune affect your ability to attend we hope you will graciously accept our policy as it helps to ensure that we we still exist when you need our help again.
